High above Loch Ness, on the edge of the Caledonian tundra and set in two hundred acres of ancient oak and birch woodland, is the former steading that is home to our Clay Works Pottery and Cafe.
There are many local walks for you to choose from and we are quite happy to point you in the right direction. Our cafe is open to both pottery enthusiasts and walkers. Dogs are welcome on most walks but they will need to be kept on leads when crossing fields and farmland.
Our pottery often reflects the stunning scenery and colours around us. The beautiful Loch Ness with the awe inspiring ruins of Castle Urquhart are a small part of our beautiful landscape. The nearby village of Drumnadrochit is picturesque at all times, but especially when in bloom, and the Falls of Foyers is a wonderful natural phenomena.
And at the end of the day, you might just want to relax, and there are a number of fine eateries and hotels that will be happy to accommodate you on your stay.
Below are some of the nearby places that you might wish to visit whilst on your travels.
