The Walkers’ Cafe

The Clay Works is 200 yards from the Great Glen Way, about 9 miles from Invermoriston and 5 miles from Drumnadrochit at about 800 feet above Loch Ness.

The Cafe, where customers sit out in the garden or at tables in the gallery, is very small, and it can get quite busy in the summer months.

We serve a range of teas, excellent coffee made in individual expresso machines, hot chocolate and the Pellegrino range of fruit drinks. The cakes by Marion Stewart have become renowned.

  The Clay Works Cafe

Our cafe is open to both those visiting the pottery and to walkers daily from 10 until six.  Parties of more than 8 please call first if you can.

Breakfasts early or late for walkers, bikers and riders and Table D’hote dinners for up to ten can be provided by 72 hours prior arrangement only. Please phone.
